# The Home Information Pack Regulations 2007, Regulation 13: Exclusion of advertising information


(1) Information advertising or marketing goods or services must not be included in the home information pack or a pack document—
(a) by a responsible person;
(b) at his request; or
(c) with his permission.
(2) In paragraph (1), “information advertising or marketing goods or services” does not include information in a document required or authorised to be included under regulations 9 or 10 (including those regulations as modified by regulation 11).
