# The Home Information Pack Regulations 2007, Regulation 45: Section 157 conditions


Nothing in this Part authorises a disclosure where the person who proposes to make the disclosure is aware that a condition exists under section 157(3) of the 2004 Act which prohibits the proposed disclosure.
