# The Home Information Pack Regulations 2007, Regulation 49: Responsibility for proving agency


Where this Part authorises the disclosure to the agent of a person, it shall be the responsibility of the purported agent to prove the existence of an agency arrangement to the satisfaction of the person from whom the disclosure is sought.
