  "text": "An interim energy assessment must—\n(a) display prominently the title, “Interim Energy Assessment”;\n(b) contain the following statement—\n“This document is an Interim Energy Assessment required to be included in a Home Information Pack during an interim period for recently built properties. By 1st October 2007, a full Energy Performance Certificate and recommendation report will be required on the sale of the property.”\n(c) contain the address or proposed address (which may include a plot number) of the property;\n(d) be compiled otherwise than by a visual inspection of the property;\n(e) express the asset rating of the building in a way approved by the Secretary of State under regulation 17A of the Building Regulations 2000; and\n(f) contain an explanation of that asset rating.",
