Are there any water mains, resource mains or discharge pipes within the boundaries of the property?

(a)

The map of waterworks indicates that there are water mains, resource mains or discharge pipes within the boundaries of the property;

(b)

The map of waterworks does not indicate any water mains, resource mains or discharge pipes within the boundaries of the property; or

(c)

The map of waterworks indicates that there is a water main subject to an existing adoption agreement within the boundaries of the property.
