  "text": "(1) Will the basis for charging for sewerage and water services at the property change as a consequence of a change of occupation?\n(2) (a) The basis for the charges will change and will be based on an unmeasured supply;\n(b) The basis for the charges will change and will be based on a metered supply;\n(c) The basis for the charges will change and will be based on give basis for charges;\n(d) The basis for the charges will change and will be based on rateable value;\n(e) There will be no change in the current charging arrangements as a consequence of a change of occupation; or\n(f) Records indicate that this enquiry relates to a plot of land or a recently built property. It is recommended that the charging proposals are checked with the developer.",
