Paragraph 22 Risk of low water pressure or flow

(1)

Is the property at risk of receiving low water pressure or flow?

(2)

(a)

Records confirm that the property is recorded on a register kept by the water undertaker as being at risk of receiving low water pressure or flow, and a report is included describing—

(i)

the action proposed by the water undertaker to remove the risk; and

(ii)

who will undertake the action and when;

(b)

An investigation is currently being carried out by the water undertaker to determine if the property should be recorded on a register as being at risk of receiving low water pressure or flow, and a report is included describing—

(i)

the action proposed by the water undertaker to remove the risk; and

(ii)

who will undertake the action and when; or

(c)

Records confirm that the property is not recorded on a register kept by the water undertaker as being at risk of receiving low water pressure or flow.
