# The Home Information Pack (Revocation) Regulations 2007, Introduction: Introductory text

Coming into force 31st May 2007
The Secretary of State makes the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 161, 163, 164, 165 and 250(2) of, and paragraph 11(b) of Schedule 8 to, the Housing Act 2004.
In accordance with section 250(3) of that Act, the Secretary of State has consulted the National Assembly for Wales in relation to residential properties in Wales.
