  "long_title": "This Order, which applies to England and Wales, increases the amounts payable for home loss payments under the Land Compensation Act 1973. A person is entitled to a home loss payment when he is displaced from a dwelling by compulsory purchase or in other circumstances specified in section 29 of the 1973 Act and the payment is made by the acquiring authority or as otherwise specified in that section. Section 30 of the 1973 Act provides for the amount of a home loss payment to be calculated by a specified multiplier of the rateable value of the dwelling, subject to specified maximum and minimum amounts.",
