  "text": "(This note is not part of the Order)\nThis Order adds four additional bodies to the list in section 447(1) of the Housing Act 1985. (Other bodies have been added to this list by previous Orders.) Bodies which are so listed are lending institutions recognised for the purposes of section 445 (assistance for first-time buyers) of the Act and may receive advances from the Secretary of State under that section to enable them to provide assistance to first-time purchasers of house property (the “Homeloan” Scheme).",
