# The Homeless Persons (Unsuitable Accommodation) (Scotland) (Modification and Revocation) (Coronavirus) Amendment Order 2021, Note: Explanatory note


(This note is not part of the Order)
This Order amends the Homeless Persons (Unsuitable Accommodation) (Scotland) (Modification and Revocation) (Coronavirus) Order 2021 (“the previous Order”).
Article 2 of this Order substitutes a new expiry date into Article 1 of the previous Order so that Article 2 of the previous Order expires on 30 September 2021 rather than 30 June 2021.
This means that the modifications of the Homeless Persons (Unsuitable Accommodation) (Scotland) Order 2014 made by Article 2 of the previous Order continue in effect until 30 September 2021.
