# The Homelessness Act 2002 (Commencement) (Wales) Order 2002, Article 2: Appointed Days


(1) The day appointed for the coming into force in Wales of the provisions specified in Part 1 of the Schedule to this Order is 30 September 2002.
(2) The day appointed for the coming into force in Wales of the provisions specified in Part 2 of the Schedule to this Order is 27 January 2003.
