  "text": "The following Regulations are revoked—\n(a) the Homelessness Regulations 1996, in so far as they extend to England;\n(b) regulations 4 and 5 of the Allocation of Housing and Homelessness (Amendment) Regulations 1997, in so far as they extend to England;\n(c) regulation 3 of the Allocation of Housing and Homelessness (Amendment) (No. 2) Regulations 1997, in so far as they extend to England; and\n(d) regulations 4 and 5 of the Allocation of Housing and Homelessness (Amendment) (England) Regulations 1999.",
