# The Homelessness (England) Regulations 2000, Regulation 7: Revocation


The following Regulations are revoked—
(a) the Homelessness Regulations 1996, in so far as they extend to England;
(b) regulations 4 and 5 of the Allocation of Housing and Homelessness (Amendment) Regulations 1997, in so far as they extend to England;
(c) regulation 3 of the Allocation of Housing and Homelessness (Amendment) (No. 2) Regulations 1997, in so far as they extend to England; and
(d) regulations 4 and 5 of the Allocation of Housing and Homelessness (Amendment) (England) Regulations 1999.
