  "text": "(1) A local housing authority which decides to have regard to intentionality must publish a notice of its decision—\n(a) on the authority’s website (if it has one), and\n(b) by posting a copy of the notice at the offices where applications for help with homelessness are received,\nno less than 14 days prior to the implementation of the decision to have regard to intentionality.",
