  "text": "(This note is not part of the Order)\nThis Order specifies matters for the purposes of sections 177(3)(b) and 210(2)(b) of the Housing Act 1996 (homelessness). It specifies matters to be taken into account in determining whether it would be, or would have been, reasonable for a person to continue to occupy accommodation and matters to be taken into account in determining whether accommodation is suitable for a person.",
