The National Assembly for Wales makes the following Regulations in exercise of the powers given to the Secretary of State by sections 185(2) and (3), 194(6) and 198(4) of the Housing Act 1996 ^f1 which are now vested in the National Assembly so far as exercisable in Wales ^f2.
