Regulation 2 Eligibility for housing assistance

Regulations 3, 4, 5 and 6 of the Homelessness (England) Regulations ^f1 shall have effect in Wales and expressions used in those Regulations shall have the meaning given to them by Regulation 2 of those Regulations.
