# The Homelessness (Wales) Regulations 2000, Regulation 3: Revocation


The following Regulations are revoked in relation to Wales –
(a) The Homelessness Regulations 1996 ;
(b) Regulations 4 and 5 of the Allocation of Housing and Homelessness (Amendment) Regulations 1997 ;
(c) Regulation 3 of the Allocation of Housing and Homelessness (Amendment) (No.2) Regulations 1997.
