In section 20 (restoration of persons not tried or acquitted)—

(a)

in subsection (1), after the words “section 19(1)” there shall be added the words “or section 19A(1)”;

(b)

in subsection (2), after the word “colony” there shall be inserted the words “, or of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region,”.
