# The Hong Kong (Extradition) Order 1997, Paragraph 12


In section 21 (persons serving sentences outside country of conviction), in subsection (1)(a), after sub-paragraph (ii) there shall be inserted
“; or
(iii) by or on behalf of the Government of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region”.
