# The Hong Kong (Extradition) Order 1997, Paragraph 15


In section 35 (interpretation), in subsection (1), after the definition of “extradition request” there shall be inserted—
““Hong Kong Special Administrative Region” means the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People’s Republic of China;”.
