# The Hong Kong (Extradition) Order 1997, Paragraph 3


In section 3 (arrangements for availability of Part III procedure), in subsection (2)—
(a) the word “or” shall be omitted, and
(b) after paragraph (iv) there shall be inserted
“; or
(v) the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.”.
