Article 2 Additional powers of the legislature of Hong Kong

The Hong Kong (Legislative Powers) Order 1986^f1 shall be amended as follows—

(a)

In Article 2, after “(iii) admiralty jurisdiction”, the full stop shall be replaced by a comma;

(b)

In Article 2, at the end there shall be added:—

“(iv)

fugitive offenders,

(v)

intellectual property,

(vi)

protection of trading interests,

(vii)

outer space.”.
