  "text": "HONG KONG\nMade 25th July 1986\nLaid before Parliament 4th August 1986\nComing into Operation 26th August 1986\nAt the Court at Buckingham Palace, the 25th day of July 1986\nPresent,\nThe Queen's Most Excellent Majesty in Council\nHer Majesty, in exercise of the powers conferred upon Her by paragraph 3 of the Schedule to the Hong Kong Act 1985 and all other powers enabling Her in that behalf, is pleased, by and with the advice of Her Privy Council, to order, and it is hereby ordered, as follows:—",
