  "text": "HONG KONG\nMade 7th February 1989\nLaid before Parliament 15th February 1989\nComing into force 27th March 1989\nAt the Court at Buckingham Palace, the 7th day of February 1989\nPresent,\nThe Queen’s Most Excellent Majesty in Council\nHer Majesty, in exercise of the powers conferred upon Her by paragraph 3 of the Schedule to the Hong Kong Act 1985 and all other powers enabling Her in that behalf, is pleased, by and with the advice of Her Privy Council, to order, and it is hereby ordered, as follows:",
