  "text": "In regulation 6—\n(a) in paragraph (a), after “that regulation” there shall be inserted the words “or a person accompanying him and acting under his instructions in pursuance of the power conferred by regulation 5(3) above”;\n(b) for the words “£200” there shall be substituted the words “level 3 on the standard scale”.",
