Article 4 Revised plans

For the purposes of the 2014 Order, the plans listed in column (1) of the Schedule to this Order must be treated as having been replaced by the plans listed in column (2).

In the 2014 Order, where a reference to “the offshore works plans” includes a plan listed in column (1) of the Schedule to this Order, that reference must instead be read as including the corresponding plan listed in column (2).

The Schedule to this Order has effect.
