  "text": "(1) Optimus Wind is authorised to operate the generating station comprised in the Project A works.\n(2) Breesea is authorised to operate the generating station comprised in the Project B works.\n(3) This article does not relieve Optimus Wind or Breesea of any requirement to obtain any permit or licence under any other legislation that may be required to authorise the operation of a generating station.",
