This Statutory Instrument has been made to correct a defect in S.I. 1997/2789 and is being issued free of charge to all known recipients of that Statutory Instrument.

The Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food, the Secretary of State for Scotland and the Secretary of State for Wales, acting jointly, in exercise of the powers conferred on them by sections 1 and 8(1) of the Animal Health Act 1981f1, and of all other powers enabling them in that behalf, hereby make the following Order:
