  "text": "(This note is not part of the Order)\nThis Order amends article 9 of the Horse Passports Order 1997 (S.I. 1997/2789) (movement of a horse) so that it only applies in relation to horses born on or after 1st January 1998. This amendment implements article 2 of Commission Decision 93/623/EEC establishing the identification document (passport) accompanying registered equidae (OJ No. L298, 3.12.93, p.45).",
