  "text": "(1) This Act may be cited as the Horserace Betting Levy Act 1981.\n(2) In this Act—\n“the Act of 1963” means the Betting, Gaming and Lotteries Act 1963;\n“the Act of 1969” means the Horserace Betting Levy Act 1969;\n“the Levy Board” has the same meaning as in the Act of 1963;\n“levy period” has the same meaning as in Part 1 of the Act of 1963.\n(3) This Act does not extend to Northern Ireland.",
