Regulation 3 Recognition of organisations and maintenance of stud book
(1)
The Minister may recognise by notice in writing as a recognised organisation any organisation which satisfies the criteria referred to in the Schedule to these Regulations, which recognition may be withdrawn at any time if the criteria are not satisfied.
(2)
Where recognition is refused or withdrawn the refusal or withdrawal (and the reasons for it) shall be given in writing.
(3)
A recognised organisation shall maintain or establish a stud book.
