  "text": "For article 2(2) of the principal Order there shall be substituted the following paragraph:\n“(2) Part A\nColumn 1\nColumn 2\nThe period of 12 months commencing on 1st October in any year.\nthe accounting year ending in the calendar year preceding the end of the levy period.\nPart B\nColumn 1\nColumn 2\n(a) the period starting on the commencement day of this Order and ending on 30th September 1990.\n(a) the period of 6 months ending on 30th September 1989.\nColumn 1\nColumn 2\n(b) any subsequent period of 12 months commencing on 1st October in any year.\n(b) the period of 12 months ending on 30th September preceding the commencement of the levy period.\n”",
