# The Horticultural Development Council (Amendment) Order 1990, Article 4: Amendment of the Horticultural Development Council Order 1986


For article 2(2) of the principal Order there shall be substituted the following paragraph:
“(2) Part A
Column 1
Column 2
The period of 12 months commencing on 1st October in any year.
the accounting year ending in the calendar year preceding the end of the levy period.
Part B
Column 1
Column 2
(a) the period starting on the commencement day of this Order and ending on 30th September 1990.
(a) the period of 6 months ending on 30th September 1989.
Column 1
Column 2
(b) any subsequent period of 12 months commencing on 1st October in any year.
(b) the period of 12 months ending on 30th September preceding the commencement of the levy period.
”
