# The Horticultural Development Council (Amendment) Order 1990, Article 5: Amendment of the Horticultural Development Council Order 1986


In article 4 of the principal Order there shall be substituted for sub-paragraph (1) the following sub-paragraph:
“(1) sixteen persons capable of representing the interests of growers;”.
