# The Horticultural Development Council (Amendment) Order 1990, Article 8: Amendment of the Horticultural Development Council Order 1986


For the references to “a fine not exceeding £400” in article 12(1), (2) and (3) of the principal Order there shall be substituted references to “a fine not exceeding level 3 on the standard scale”.
