# The Horticultural Development Council (Amendment) Order 2000, Article 2: Amendment of the Horticultural Development Council Order 1986


In the Horticultural Development Council Order 1986, in article 9 (charges for expenses)—
(a) in paragraph (1), in sub-paragraph (b), for the number “7” there shall be substituted the number “15”;
(b) in paragraph (3), for the amount “£25,000” there shall be substituted the amount “£50,000”.
