# Horticulture Act (Northern Ireland) 1966, Section 36: Savings.


Nothing in this Act shall affect the operation of—
(a) the Plant Health Act (Northern Ireland) 1967; or
(b) the Food Safety (Northern Ireland) Order 1991.
