Article 2

In Schedule 1 to the House of Commons Disqualification Act 1975 (which specifies offices the holders of which are disqualified for membership of the House of Commons) Part III shall have effect subject to the amendments specified in the Schedule to this Order.

Those amendments have effect in place of any amendments effected by virtue of the following provisions of the Schedule to the House of Commons Disqualification Order 1986^f1, namely the first, eighth, twelfth and last entries set out in paragraph 3 and sub-paragraphs (3) and (5) of paragraph 5.
