  "heading": "Compensation in certain cases of subsidence",
  "text": "Notwithstanding anything in section fifty of the Brine Pumping (Compensation for Subsidence) Act, 1891, a local authority or county council shall be entitled to compensation in accordance with the provisions of that Act in respect of any injury or damage to any houses belonging to them which were provided under a housing scheme towards the losses on which the Minister is liable to contribute under the Housing, Town Planning, &c. Act, 1919.",
