In the definition of "grant-aided function" in subsection (1) of section fifty-seven of the Town and Country Planning Act, 1959 (which excludes any exchequer subsidy under the Housing (Financial Provisions) Act, 1958), the reference to such a subsidy shall include a reference to a subsidy under Part I of this Act.
