Any payment which the Minister is authorised to make under paragraph (b) of subsection (3) of section nineteen of the said Act (which deals with the case where a subsidised dwelling provided by a development corporation vests in a local authority) shall be included in the expression " exchequer payment" as defined in subsection (2) of section fifty-eight of that Act.
