  "text": "In subsection (1) of section twenty-four of the principal Act (under which a local authority may revoke a demolition order where an owner of a house submits proposals for its reconstruction, enlargement or improvement)—\n(a) before the words \" submits proposals\" there shall be inserted the words \" or any other person who in the opinion of the local authority is or will be in a position to put his proposals into effect \", and\n(b) for the words \" the said owner\" there shall be substituted the words \" the person submitting the proposals \".",
