# Housing Act 1980, Paragraph 39


In section 55 of the 1977 Act (general provisions for phasing of rent increases), in subsection (3), for paragraph (b) there is substituted the following paragraph—
“(b) the provisions of section 89 of this Act do not apply to it ; and”
