# Housing Act 1980, Paragraph 53


In section 149 of the 1977 (powers of local authorities for purposes of giving information), in subsection (1)(a), for sub-paragraph (iii) there is substituted the following sub-paragraph—
“(iii) Part II, and section 136, of the Housing Act 1980 ;”
