  "text": "The repeals made by section 74 of this Act in section 15 of the 1977 Act shall not affect any tenancy which was, immediately before the commencement of section 74(1), a protected, or statutory tenancy but which would, were it not for this paragraph, have ceased to be such a tenancy by virtue of the repeal of section 15(4)(f).",
