# Housing Act 1980, Paragraph 7A


The power to prescribe a multiplier conferred by sub-section (8) of that section includes power to prescribe a multiplier in relation to assured tenancies different from that prescribed in relation to other tenancies to which Part II of the Landlord and Tenant Act 1954 applies.
