  "heading": "Amendments, savings, transitional provisions and repeals.",
  "text": "(1) The enactments mentioned in Part I of Schedule 25 to this Act shall have effect subject to the amendments specified in that Schedule.\n(2) The savings and transitional provisions in Part II of that Schedule shall have effect.\n(3) The enactments specified in the first column of Schedule 26 to this Act are hereby repealed to the extent specified in column 3 of that Schedule.",
