  "text": "1)(2) . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .\n(3) Sections 140, 150, 151, 152(2) and 153 to 155 shall come into operation on the passing of this Act.\n(4) The remaining provisions of this Act shall come into operation on such day as the Secretary of State may by order appoint; and—\n(a) different days may be appointed for different provisions; and\n(b) any provision may be brought into force on different days for England, Wales and Scotland.",
